This is a sample correspondence card printed by High View. It could equally well be called a postcard, but it has a plain, unprinted, back.
The river Tavy drains down from Dartmoor, and the water levels vary widely between the seasons. Here, in early summer, the peaty water flows gently over the weirs at Tavistock. There is a walkway from the main car park to the town centre along the river bank - always a pleasant stroll.
