We are pleased to provide a written quote for any job that you may wish us to undertake. We do not supply quotations over the telephone or by word of mouth. They must be written down: please do not press us to do otherwise.
Quoted prices allow five days for layout, five days for printing and finishing.
Proofs collected, or delivered by e-mail or post (allow posting time extra).
Client's time for proofing, and any re-working to be added.
Author's corrections may be chargeable.
Further proofing iterations are chargeable (unless due to our error).
Once proofs are signed-off responsibility for any error (author's, or ours) not notified lies with signatory - this includes the cost correcting and of re-printing.
For faster work add 5% to total bill per day saved. Day 1 is first day after order is placed. Day 5 is 5pm on fifth day after day 1. Days are working days (not public holidays or week-ends.)
We may choose to work in the evenings or over week-ends but we do not answer the telephone or respond to messages or e-mails out of hours.
Our fax number is now out of service - please phone first to arrange for fax reception, if required.
All prices are for work to be collected. We will deliver if passing-by, or at the cost charged by our carriers (ANC - allow £9 for most orders).
Valid 28 days from date at top of quote.

booklets, and similar materials.
